- W1423568371 abstract "目的：探讨血清 CA125、HE4、IL-8和 SIL-2R 水平对卵巢癌的诊断价值。方法应用电化学发光法、酶联免疫法对33例卵巢癌患者和30例健康对照组的血清 CA125、HE4、IL-8和 SIL-2R 水平的进行测定，并作统计学分析。结果卵巢癌患者血清 CA125、HE4、IL-8和 SIL-2R 均明显高于健康对照组（P ＜0.01）；单项检测指标对卵巢癌的敏感性以 CA125最高，而特异度则以 HE4最高；而联合检测4项指标的敏感性和特异性分别为93.9％和96.9％；另相关分析结果显示，血清 HE4、IL-8和 SIL-2R 水平与 CA125水平呈显著正相关（r＝0.5121、0.4982、0.6104，P ＜0.01）。结论联合检测血清标志物 CA125、HE4、IL-8和 SIL-2R 对卵巢癌的临床诊断具有重要的临床意义。" @default.
