- W146683500 abstract "This research paper is intended to establish the significant HR practices that develop an organizational environment which is free from gender’s discrimination. Further, the impact of organizational norms and culture on the female employees’ performance, comfort at job, and perceived career growth is studied. This study is focused on three main service sectors of Pakistan: education, banking and information technology. A stratified random sample is taken to conduct a field survey. Further, a questionnaire is developed based on thirty issues related to HR practices and gender discrimination at workplace and four perceived outcome.
