- W1472730682 abstract "目的：探讨双孔笔尖式腰穿针（DHPP）在剖宫产手术临床应用的体会和优点。方法：选择ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级新式剖宫产术80例。随机分成两组：腰硬联合麻醉（CSEA）组和双孔笔尖式腰穿针腰麻（SA）（DHPPSA）组，各40例。结果：CSEA组40例中穿刺成功率为99％，术后腰痛发生率为17．5％。DHPPSA组40例中穿刺成功率为80％，术后无1例发生穿刺部位不适与疼痛。结论：DHPPSA应用与剖宫产术，既保留了SA起效快、镇痛强、肌松好的优点，又克服了SA术后头痛的缺点和去枕的不足、避免了硬膜外麻醉（EA）穿刺对脊椎韧带和组织损伤造成的术后腰痛，确保母婴安全，减少产妇痛苦，降低手术风险，是剖宫产术首选的麻醉方法。" @default.
