- W1485168068 abstract "目的：肝细胞生长因子（hepatocyte growth factor，HGF）是一种多肽生长因子，具有促进细胞增殖、诱导细胞迁移和形态改变的作用。本研究探讨 HGF 对人胃癌细胞株 AGS 增殖的影响。方法：体外培养人胃癌细胞株 AGS，应用浓度为25、50、75、100 ng／mL 的 HGF 分别处理 AGS 细胞24 h、48 h、72 h，采用 CCK-8法检测 AGS 细胞的增殖情况。结果：CCK-8法检测结果显示，不同浓度的 HGF 对 AGS 细胞均有促增殖作用，随着 HGF 浓度的增加或作用时间的延长，细胞增殖活力呈上升趋势，在72 h 最为明显，呈时间、浓度依赖关系（t 为3．89、5．28、9．73、11．00，P ＜0．01）。结论：HGF 能显著促进人胃癌细胞株 AGS 的增殖。" @default.
