- W1488867274 abstract "据世界卫生组织统计，全球丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）的感染率约为3％，约1．7亿人感染了 HCV，每年新发丙型肝炎病例约315万例［1］，而丙型肝炎病毒核酸（HCV-RNA）的检测是判断丙肝病毒感染的直接证据。HCV-RNA 的实验室检测操作过程繁琐，影响因素较多。HCV-RNA 检测质量的好坏，将直接影响到疾病的诊断和疗效观察，因此，从事该项检测的实验室要建立一个良好的实验室实践准则（good laboratory prac-tice，GLP），把实验室误差降到最低以便更好地服务于临床。GLP 强调从样品收集到报告发出后解释的全过程质量管理，包括实验条件、检测方法以及人员的管理和控制。从事该项检测的机构必须建立一个合理规范的实验室，该实验室必须通过国家卫生部或省级卫生厅验收合格，实验室管理应严格按照PCR 基因扩增实验室的管理规范，严格分为4个区：（1）试剂准备区，（2）标本处理区，（3）模板加入区（扩增区），（4）扩增产物分析区。笔者就所从事的 HCV-RNA 检测细节入手，分析了该检测方法再质量控制时的一些注意事项。" @default.
