Verilerin toplanmasinda, sosyo-demografik ozelliklerin sorgulandigi ve is doyum envanterinin yer aldigi iki bolumden olusan anket formu kullanilmistir. Yapilan istatistiksel analiz sonucunda saglik calisanlarinin genel is doyumu duzeyinin 93.23±19.54 ile orta duzeyde oldugu belirlendi. Saglik calisanlarinin calistiklari bolumler, hizmet suresi, kurum degisikligi, meslegini yapmaktan memnun olma, meslegini yapma nedenleri, yoneticilerinden takdir gorme, meslektaslarindan destek gorme, Aile Hekimligi uygulamasinin kendilerini etkileme dusunceleri ile is doyumu puan ortalamalari arasinda anlamli iliski saptandi (p<0.05). Saglik calisanlarinin, calisma sekilleri, yoneticilerinden destek gormeme ile aldiklari ucretin dusuk olmasinin is doyumlarini olumsuz etkiledigi belirlendi. Bu nedenle saglik sektorlerinde kurumsal olarak is doyumunu artiran stratejilerin gelistirilmesinin yararli olacagi gorusune varildi. ABSTRACT This study aims to investigation variables affecting of job satisfaction of the health care workers of whom work at Mugla Center. 158 nurses, 44 midwifes and 17 medical officers total 219 working at Mugla center composes the basis of this study. A surgery form, composed of two sections; job satisfaction data and socio-demografic characteristics, has been used to collect data. Statistical analysis results showed that 93.23±19.54 of the health workers had a fair level of general job satisfaction. A significant relation between the health care workers’, working clinics, tenure of office, institution change, job satisfaction, getting appreciation from their administrations and support from their collegues with thoughts of Family Medicines Practice and IDP points job satisfaction levels has been determined. (p<0.05). It was found to influance negative in their job satisfaction that the working style and no supporting of their administrators and low salary. Hence, it was concluded that developing strategies in medical instituons that enhance the organizationaljob satisfaction would be useful.
