• W1497385306 abstract "บทคดยอ การวจยครงนมวตถประสงคเพอพฒนาหลกสตรฝกอบรมผกำกบลกเสอเพอฝกอบรมนายหมลกเสอ กลมตวอยางทใชในการวจยครงน ไดแก ผกำกบลกเสอทไดรบเครองหมายวดแบดจ 2 ทอนในป พ.ศ. 2549 จำนวน 40 คน เครองมอทใชในการวจยเปนแบบสอบทดสอบวดความรและความสามารถ สถตทใชในการวเคราะหขอมล คอ t-test  ซงการวจยในครงน เปนการวจยและพฒนา (Research and Development) โดยมขนตอนการวจยและพฒนาหลกสตรประกอบดวย 6 ขน ดงน  ขนท 1  การศกษาและวเคราะหขอมล ขนท 2 การสรางหลกสตรฝกอบรม ขนท 3 การตรวจสอบประสทธภาพของหลกสตร ขนท 4 การปรบปรงหลกสตรฝกอบรม  ขนท 5 การนำหลกสตรไปทดลองใช  ขนท 6 การปรบปรงหลกสตรฝกอบรม ผลการศกษา หลกสตรฝกอบรมทมองคประกอบคอ วตถประสงค เนอหา กจกรรม และการวดและประเมนผล จำนวน 21 บทเรยน ไปทดลองใชกบกลมตวอยางทเปนผกำกบลกเสอ จำนวน 40 คน จากการวเคราะหเปรยบเทยบคะแนนเฉลยดานความร ของผเขารบการฝกอบรมระหวางกอนและหลงการฝกอบรม พบวา หลงการฝกอบรมผเขารบการฝกอบรมมความรสงขน อยางมนยสำคญทางสถตทระดบ .05 และการวเคราะหเปรยบเทยบคะแนนเฉลยดานความสามารถของผเขารบการฝกอบรมระหวางกอนและหลงการฝกอบรม พบวา หลงการฝกอบรมผเขารบการฝกอบรมมความสามารถสงขน อยางมนยสำคญทางสถตทระดบ .05 การวเคราะหความพงพอใจของผเขารบการฝกอบรม ดานเนอหารายวชาเกอบทกวชา ผเขารบการฝกอบรมมความพอใจในระดบด ยกเวน วชาการเปนผนำ ซงไดระดบดมาก สวนความพงพอใจของผเขารบการฝกอบรมในดานการฝกอบรม ผเขารบการฝกอบรมมความพงพอใจในระดบด ยกเวน ดานคณภาพของทพก อยในระดบปานกลาง และความพงพอใจดานวทยากร ทกดานอยในระดบด การปรบปรงหลกสตรฝกอบรม จากการนำหลกสตรไปทดลองใช พบวามบางบทเรยนทตองนำมาปรบปรง แตสวนใหญเปนเรองของกจกรรม เนอหาและเวลา ทยงไมสมพนธกน สวนการนำหลกสตรมาทดลองใชฝกอบรมนายหมลกเสอในสถานศกษาโดยมลกเสอ-เนตรนารจำนวน 40 คน จากการวเคราะหเปรยบเทยบคะแนนเฉลยดานความร ของลกเสอ-เนตรนาร ระหวางกอนและหลงการฝกอบรม พบวาหลงการฝกอบรมลกเสอ-เนตรนาร มความรสงขน อยางมนยสำคญทางสถตทระดบ .05 ผลการวจยไดหลกสตรฝกอบรมผกำกบลกเสอเพอฝกอบรมนายหมลกเสอ ทสามารถนำไปในการฝกอบรมผกำกบลกเสอไดอยางมประสทธภาพ The purpose of this research was to develop a scout leader training program for scout patrol leader training. This is a research and development study. The sample in this study were 40 scout leaders who received two beads in 2006. The instrument used for collecting the data was knowledge and ability test. The statistical device for  analyzing the data was t-test. The procedures consisted of six steps they were : Step 1: Studying and analyzing the database, Step 2: Designing the training program, Step 3: Checking the efficiency of program, Step 4: Improving the training program, Step 5: Implementing the training program, Step 6: Improving the training program. The findings revealed that the training program consisted of 21 lessons divided into objectives, content, activities and evaluation. When comparing the average scores in the aspect of knowledge of 40 scout leaders, before and after joining the training, it was found that they gained  more knowledge and found significant difference at .05 level after the training. When comparing the average scores in the aspect of ability of the 40 scout leaders, before and after joining the training, it showed that their abilities were higher and found significant difference at .05 level after the training. When evaluating the satisfaction of joining the training in the aspect of contents, the scout leaders were satisfied with most of the contents at high level, except the content on leadership was at higher level. In the aspect of training, it showed that the scout leaders were satisfied at high level, except on the quality of accommodation where it was at moderate level. In the aspect of speaker, the scout leaders were satisfied at high level. After implementing the program, it was found that some lessons needed to be revised because the activities, contents, and timing were not appropriate. When comparing the average scores in the aspect of knowledge of 40 boy scouts and girl scouts, before and after joining the training, it was found that they gained more knowledge and found significant difference at .05 level after the training. From the research findings the scout leader training program for scout patrol leader training. Finally, the curriculum should be applied for effective training program  for scout leaders." @default.
