- W1501020303 abstract "The purpose of this article is to identify means of social and philosophical analysis of nature and trajectory of in reception of practices for manifestations of social amnesia. The phenomenon of social amnesia is ontologically inscribed in social reality and is particularly pronounced in periods of social and cultural crisis. It is reason why configuration of manifestations of social memory in characteristics of national historical process becomes cyclically-wave in nature, when periodically lost contents of memory can go back to history in processed form, responding to requests of era and political class. As memory serves as the guardian of past and a repository of information about past, story, which reveals memory loss, is associated with it or with nostalgia for past. As a result, social memory, having functional and structural-informative features, includes not only processes of remembering, but of forgetting, and nature and trajectory of reception of in contemporary socio-cultural practices, constituting that essence of social amnesia is peculiar for deformed character.
