- W1517365865 abstract "Sono stati studiati al microscopio elettronico 34 tumori mammari indotti con impianto ipofisario isologo in topi (O 20 xIF)F 1 , (C57BLxCBA)F 1 e CBA. In nessun tumore sono state rinvenute particelle « B » o precursori, ma in 7 tumori dei tre ceppi studiati sono state osservate particelle intracitoplasmatiche, esclusivamente all'interno delle cisterne del reticolo endoplasmico ruvido. Queste particelle di 70–80 m μ non mostrano un nucleoide denso ed hanno una struttura anulare in cui si possono talvolta notare tre strati opachi. Esse sono simili a quelle osservate in altri tumori non mammari del topo e, sporadicamente, nel tessuto mammario dei topi BALB/c." @default.
