- W1519037595 abstract "DRAM是台灣政府重點扶植的高科技產業，為兩兆雙星的要角之一，隨著DRAM晶圓廠的設置，DRAM封裝測試業亦應運而生。隨著電腦需求的快速成長，為了滿足蓬勃成長的需求，DRAM及其封裝測試產能也不斷加速擴充，已從百家爭鳴，進入戰國時代，如何有效運用有限的資金，成為最後贏家，係各家DRAM封裝測試業者重要的課題。2012年10月17日，政府公佈產業發展重大政策「台灣產業結構優化- 三業四化行動計畫」。三業四化指「製造業服務化、服務業科技化與國際化、傳統產業特色化」。野村總合研究所製造業顧問濵本賢一、科技管理資深顧問近野泰在2007年就提出台灣最強的地方是製造，應該往製造服務化的方向思考，藉由提升服務品質，擺脫設備競賽的紅海市場，建立開創以服務為導向的藍海市場。本研究運用Kano二維品質模式與PZB衡量品質的構面進行問卷設計。我們利用Kano二維品質屬性之分類，先找出DRAM封裝測試業的服務品質之關鍵屬性，再根據PZB模式找出影響DRAM封裝測試業的顧客滿意度之關鍵績效指標（KPI）以及亟待改善之指標，藉由Kano與PZB模式問卷結果的比較分析及此兩種品質改善指標的估算與解讀，提出DRAM封裝測試業者未來在改善服務品質進而提升顧客滿意度之具體方向與建議。我們以目前在DRAM封裝測試業排名前三位的W公司為例，以採購量占W公司前三位之台灣IC設計業者為研究對象，進行資料的蒐集、彙整、分析、歸納，得出下列結論：1. DRAM封裝測試業者服務品質的五大構面大多係由一維品質所決定。2. 不同顧客背景對DRAM封裝測試業者服務品質屬性存在顯著差異。3. W DRAM封裝測試公司在服務品質缺口存在顯著差異。4. W DRAM封裝測試公司不同顧客背景在服務品質缺口存在顯著差異。" @default.
