- W1523996916 abstract "Esta investigacion describe el clima organizacional percibido por alumnos, profesores y personal administrativo adscritos al programa educativo de Ingenieria Mecanica Electrica de la Universidad Juarez Autonoma de Tabasco, Mexico. El estudio es no experimental transversal descriptivo y correlacional. En la muestra de alumnos los resultados reportan la media mas alta en las dimensiones de identidad y relaciones con sus companeros; el analisis de varianza muestra que existen diferencias estadisticamente significativas entre el genero, edad y estado civil con dimensiones del clima organizacional; se evidencio que existe correlacion entre las variables sociodemograficas y el clima organizacional. En la muestra de profesores la media mas alta se ubico en las dimensiones de identidad y libertad de catedra; el analisis de varianza mostro diferencias estadisticamente significativas entre el nivel de estudios con las dimensiones de recompensa, antiguedad y presion laboral; se encontro correlacion entre el nivel de estudios y la dimension de recompensa. En la muestra conformada por el personal administrativo la media mas alta fue en la dimension identidad; no se hallaron diferencias estadisticamente significativas ni correlaciones entre las variables sociodemograficas y el clima de la organizacion. ABSTRACT This study examined the perception of organizational environment among the students, faculty and administrative staff of the Electrical Mechanical Engineering Degree of the Juarez Autonomous University of Tabasco, Mexico. This examination was conducted through a descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational study. Among the students, the highest means were documented in the identity and interpersonal relationship dimensions of an organizational environment questionnaire. ANOVA results revealed that the participant gender, age and civil state influenced the participants' answers across the organizational environment questionnaire dimensions. Correlational analyses also revealed a relationship between socio-demographic variables and the organizational environment questionnaire dimensions. Among the faculty members, the ANOVA results showed that meritorial compensations, segniority and work stress played a major role in the organizational environment questionnaire results. Moreover, the correlational analyses showed a significant relationship between education and meritorial compensation. Finally, among the administrative staff, the highest mean showed in the identity dimension of the organizational environment questionnaire. Among these participants, no significant correlations between sociodemographic variables and the organizational environment questionnaire dimensions were observed.
