- W1524005229 abstract "〔目的〕転倒に関する1年間の前向き調査を行い，地域在住高齢者の転倒要因を検討した。〔対象〕重度の認知症がなく，要介護認定を受けていない高齢者133名（平均年齢73.9±5.6歳）とした。〔方法〕身体・認知・心理機能をベースライン調査として評価した後，1年間の転倒の有無別に比較した。〔結果〕転倒を経験した35名と経験しなかった98名のベースライン時の特性比較において，足把持力，片足立ち保持時間，老研式活動能力指標，注意機能，主観的健康感の5項目に有意差が認められ，転倒経験群が非経験群より有意に劣っていた。ただし，転倒経験の有無を目的変数としたロジスティック回帰分析の結果では，すべての項目に有意なオッズ比は認められなかった。〔結語〕比較的健康度の高い地域在住高齢者では，特定の身体・認知・心理機能と転倒との関連は認められるものの，それぞれの要因が単独では転倒を引き起こす決定要因ではないことが示唆された。" @default.
