- W1524139718 abstract "ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)/塩素化ポリエチレン(CPE)/炭酸カルシウム(CaCO3)にエチレン－エチルアクリレート共重合体(EEA)およびエチレン－酢酸ビニル共重合体(EVA)を添加することによる複合材料の衝撃強度に及ぼす影響を検討した。PVC/CaCO3複合材料ではCaCO3充てん量の増加により衝撃強度は増加し，CaCO3充てん量30phrで最大（約lOkJ･m-2)となった。PVC/CPE/CaCO3(30phr)ではCPEを8phr以上添加しなければ複合材料の衝撃強度は大きく改善されなかった。PVC/CPE(7phr)/CaC03(30phr)にEEAおよびEVAの添加効果を検討した結果，EVAを3phr添加した場合，衝撃強度は10から33kJ･m-2へと向上し，EEAの場合はIphr以上の添加で約47kJ･m-2以上と大きく改善した。EVA(またはEEA)/CaC03の動的粘弾性測定を行った結果，ガラス転移温度に帰属されるtanδピーク温度は充てん量の増加とともに高温側にシフトしたが，EVA/CaCO3のピーク温度の高温側へのシフトはEEA/CaCO3比較して大きく，CaCO3表面はEVAの酢酸ビニル基の方がEEAのエチルアクリレート基よりも強い相互作用を有していた。以上の結果から，PVC/CPEブレンドにおいて，添加したEVA^EEAが形成する界面が力学特性に大きく影響していることが示唆された。" @default.
