We focus on the luxury yachts building industry, aiming at identify the drivers of success among selected medium-sized companies which operate in the same market segment and have similar business models. By adopting the Varaldo et al. model (2008), which classifies the key success drivers of Italian medium enterprises referring to entrepreneurship, competitive strategy, organisation, and international strategy, we try to interpret the different outcomes of selected companies strategies during the period of the world economic and financial crisis (2009-2012)." @default.
