IBA 농도별 부정근 생장은 IBA <TEX>$2.0;cal{mg/L}$</TEX>에서 6.7 g DW/L로 가장 높았으나, eleutheroside E 함량은 IBA 농도에 따라 차이가 없었다 TDZ 농도에 따른 부정근 생장은 농도가 증가함에 따라 생장도 증가하여 eleutheroside E 함량은 IBA <TEX>$3.0;cal{mg/L}$</TEX>에 TDZ <TEX>$0.1;cal{mg/L}$</TEX> 처리구에서 <TEX>$3,327;{mu}g/g$</TEX> DW로 가장 생산량이 많았다. 이와 달리 eleutheroside B (<TEX>$153;{mu}g/g$</TEX> DW)과 chlorogenic acid (<TEX>$7.7;cal{mg/g}$</TEX> DW)는 IBA <TEX>$5.0;cal{mg/L}$</TEX>에 TDZ <TEX>$0.1;cal{mg/L}$</TEX> 처리구에서 함량이 가장 높았다. Zeatin은 부정근 생육과 eleutheroside E 함량에는 크게 영향을 미치지 않으나 eleuthe-roside B와 chlorogenic acid 생산을 크게 억제하였다. The influence of different growth regulators on biomass of adventitious roots and secondary metabolites accumulation in bioreactor cultures of Eleutherococcus koreanum was studied. The maximum growth of adventitious roots was observed in the presence of <TEX>$2.0;cal{mg/L}$</TEX> IBA (6.7 g DW/L). However the productivity of eleutheroside E was not significantly different among IBA levels. High level of thidiazuron (TDZ) efficiently increased both root growth and secondary metabolites production. Especially when <TEX>$0.1;cal{mg/L}$</TEX> TDZ was combined with <TEX>$3.0;cal{mg/L}$</TEX> IBA, the highest eleutheroside E accumulation (<TEX>$3,327{mu}g/g $</TEX>DW) was observed. When the same TDZ level was treated in combination with <TEX>$5.0;cal{mg/L}$</TEX> IBA, both chlorogrnic acid and eleutheroside B were accumulated to maximum level. In contrast, zeatin remarkably suppressed the accumulation of both eleutheroside B and chlorogenic acid." @default.
