Rol belirsizligi ve rol catismasi sektorde calisan yoneticilerde dusuk cikmistir. Bu sonuc sektorde calismakta olan yoneticilerin rol stres kaynaklarinin dusuk oldugunu, is tanimlarinin, gorev ve sorumluluklarinin acik ve net oldugunu ortaya koymaktadir. Yoneticilerin Is tatmininin ise cok iyi seviyede olmadigi sonucuna varilmistir. Calisma sonunda rol catismasi ve rol belirsizligi gibi rol stres kaynaklarinin is tatminini negatif yonde etkiledigi sonucuna ulasilmistir. Ayrica is tatmininin duygusal baglilik, devam bagliligi ve normatif baglilik gibi uc tip orgutsel baglilikla da pozitif yonlu dogrudan iliskisi oldugu belirlenmistir." @default.
