This work is devoted to a research of space distribution of energy of the plasma stream formed in an extended metal channel with crossed electrical and magnetic fields and closed drift of electrons. The distinctive feature from existing accelerators of plasma is the use of a porous anode, through which the working substance (Ar, Xe) come in the digit channel. The availability of a uniform stream of working substance on theoretical evaluations should ensure flat, not missing plasma stream on a withdrawal from a accelerator. For monitoring this request the original technique of calorimetric measurements of a stream of accelerated particles including ions and fast neutrals, obtained in an outcome resonance charge exchange was used. On a path of the stream the target 150*150 mm/sup 2/ from a Ti-foil was installed (= 100 microns, which has very low thermal conductivity). The use of an AGA Thermovision-782 allowed us to receive space distribution of energy of a plasma jet generated by the accelerator.
