Yapilan incelemelerde arastirmaya katilan kadin ve erkeklerin tukenmisligin alt boyutlarindan “Duygusal Tukenme” ve “Duyarsizlasma” boyutlarinda anlamli derecede farklilastiklari; diger taraftan “Dusuk Kisisel Basari Hissi” puanlari acisindan ise farklilasmadiklari gorulmustur. Ayrica, is tatmini degiskenlerinin bazilarinin calisanlarin tukenmisliklerini aciklamada dogrusal etkiye sahip oldugu gorulmustur. When thought widely the burnout concept can be defined as unwillingness of employees to perform their occupations and their deviation from their aims, the ignorance towards their employers' satisfaction and getting crushed under too much stress. In this research the relationship between the burnout of the hotel employees working in hotels that are run in Iskenderun and Antakya and their job satisfaction. The conclusion obtained by the investigations is that women and men participated in the research highly differentiate in the concepts ''Emotional Exhaustion'' and 'Depersonalization' which are sub dimensions of burnout and that they don't differentiate in terms of 'Reduced Personal Accomplishment' points. Furthermore, it has been seen that that some of job satisfaction variables have linear impact on explaining the burnout of employees.
