Despite the increase in attention given to the study of workplace commitments, there still appears to be considerable confusion and disagreement about what commitment is where it is directed and how it develops. This study tries to link the organizational justice as an antecedent of the commitment. By using Pearson Correlation analysis, it is found that certain type of justice may influence specific dimension of commitment.
