Someone needs to achieve is the key to motivation and satisfaction job. satisfaction a job as a nurse assessment or reflection of the feelings of employees towards work. If a positive attitude towards the workers, a job tend to be satisfied with. Aim to determine the relationship of job satisfaction with work performance inpatient nurse in the General Hospital of Tidore Islands. The method used in this study is an analytical study using cross sectional study (cross sectional study) where the researchers wanted to know the relationship between the dependent and independent variables at a certain time and then processed in the frequency distribution is presented in tabular form. The population in this study were nurses Installation inpatient civil servants in the General Hospital of Tidore Islands by 54 nurses. Sampling technique that is proposive sampling is choosing among a sample population. The sample in this study as many as 54 people. Results of this study respondents were less satisfied job satisfaction by 48 respondents (88.9%) while the 6 respondents said they were satisfied (11.1%), job performance most respondents stated that poor job performance 46 respondents (85.2% ), while stating that good performance 8 respondents (14.8%). Conclusions in this study are the relationship of job satisfaction with work performance PNS nurses in inpatient general hospital Tidore Islands Region. Therefore expected to be able to increase nurse job satisfaction that is so nurses can maintain the performance obtained. Keywords : job satisfaction, job performance, nurses Abstrak: Dunia kerja semakin lama semakin berkembang pesat. Banyak tuntutan yang harus dipenuhi demi kemajuan sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi. Kebutuhan seseorang untuk mencapai prestasi merupakan kunci dalam suatu motivasi dan kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja perawat sebagai penilaian atau cerminan dari perasaan pekerja terhadap pekerjaannya. Apabila bersikap positif terhadap pekerja maka seorang tersebut cenderung akan puas terhadap pekerjaannya. Tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan prestasi kerja perawat di instalasi rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional study (studi potong lintang) dimana peneliti ingin mengetahui hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen pada suatu saat tertentu diolah dalam distribusi frekuensi kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat PNS di Instalasi rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Tidore Kepulauan sebanyak 54 perawat. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel yaitu proposive sampling yaitu memilih sampel diantara populasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 54 orang. Hasil penelitian ini responden menyatakan kepuasan kerja kurang puas sebanyak 48 responden (88,9%) sedangkan yang menyatakan puas yakni 6 responden (11,1%), prestasi kerja sebagian besar responden menyatakan prestasi kerja kurang baik yakni 46 responden (85,2%), sedangkan yang menyatakan prestasi kerja baik yakni 8 responden (14,8%). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini terdapat hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan prestasi kerja perawat PNS di instalasi rawat inap Rumah Sakit umum Daerah Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Oleh karena itu diharapkan untuk dapat tingkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat yang ada sehingga perawat dapat tetap mempertahankan prestasi yang didapatkan.
