Initially, we conducted a survey and characterization of medium-sized city. The companies were divided into two groups: companies and companies with GL or without GL. Interviews were held with officials of each company, composed of open and closed questions applied on different days between the companies participating in the study. Of the seven selected companies, two companies have GL programs and five did not. It is concluded that the companies have GL, the speech was the sense of concern with the employee in relation to health, stress and performance; Among the companies that do not have GL program, there is a difficulty for places where there are employees, the distance from the industrial sector in relation to the urban area and the lack interested in offering the program." @default.
