In such cases of hypertension, renal neoplasm is an unusual cause. Maher and Woiska1found two cases of renal tumors in a series of 101 cases of primary urinary tract disease associated with hypertension. In 29 cases of hypertension and unilateral renal disease, Abeshouse2reports three cases with neoplasm.
