In such cases of hypertension, renal neoplasm is an unusual cause. Maher and Woiska1found two cases of renal tumors in a series of 101 cases of primary urinary tract disease associated with hypertension. In 29 cases of hypertension and unilateral renal disease, Abeshouse2reports three cases with neoplasm. In other series of cases3-6of hypertension associated with unilateral kidney disease, no cases of tumor appear. Two cases of renal neoplasm...Bibliography1.
