This case is of further interest because we feel that it is the first report of Q fever naturally acquired in Pennsylvania, as well as in eastern United States.CASE REPORTW. W., a white male, age 36, was admitted to the Hahnemann Hospital February 9, 1948, complaining of chills and fever of one day's duration.
