Various reasons people decide to become vagrants and beggars, but phenomena vagrants and beggars in several big cities in Indonesia is quite a lot and improved from time to time. An increasing number of but phenomena vagrants and beggars appear at certain times eg before the month of Ramadan when Muslims are fasting rituals until the day before the feast of idul Fitri. Phenomena the existence of vagrants and beggars in the study discussed in of Symbolic Interactionism Theory and of Erving Goffman Dramaturgy Theory.
