- W1566164413 abstract "With the objective of evaluating the effect that may have the application of foliar fertilizers on Steneotarsonemus spinki Smiley populations present in two commercial rice varieties Perla de Cuba and J-104, several observations were developed on reproductive phase of rice crops during the summer campaign of year 2000. It was determined that the panicle rice mite populations was differentiated for each treatment, and the application of Triacontanol and Foliar fertilizer with nutrients, as well as the mixtures Triacontanol+Foliar fertilizer without nutrients, Analogous of Brasinoesteroids+Foliar fertilizer with nutrients and Analogous of Brasinoesteroids+Microalgae caused increases in the mature mites populations. Analogous of Brasinoesteroids and Microalgae caused the inverse effect. It was also proven that independently of the carried out treatments the populations were always bigger in the basal area of the sheath of the reproductive leaves." @default.
