• W1567486860 abstract "PB Mutiara badminton school is one of the badminton schools located in Wonosobo. Starting from the basic movements to the tactical application in the badminton game has been taught in this PB. Mutiara Wonosobo badminton school. Based on the observations conducted by the researcher at PB Mutiara Wonosobo badminton school, it shows that the ability of the students in doing straight jumping smash and cross jumping smash from this badminton school have such various movements. This study has an objective to find out the accuracy differentiation of straight jumping smash and cross jumping smash shown by the students in this PB. Mutiara Wonosobo badminton school in 2014. So the accuracy of the straight jumping smash and cross jumping smash shown by the students of PB. Mutiara Wonosobo badminton school can be improved so well.This research design was included into comparative research. The samples of the research were conducted by conditional sampling technique in terms of age, with the age group of 13-17 years old. A total of 20 kids were served as the research subjects. The technique used for data retrieval was a test technique. The test of the accuracy for straight jumping smash and cross jumping smash was based on Sapta Kunta Purnama, with the validity value at 0.68 and the reliability value at 0.81. The analysis of the data employed the prerequisite test (test for normality and homogeneity test) and t-test with the significance level at 0.05. The test results gain the value of t-test between straight jumping smash accuracy and cross jumping smash accuracy in the badminton skills with the t-test value by 8.850, (df = 19) at the 5% significance level, because the t-test value is bigger than t-table then there is a significant difference between the straight jumping smash and cross jumping smash. From these results, it can be concluded that there are significant differences between straight jumping smash and cross jumping smash in PB Mutiara Wonosobo badminton school in 2014, and the results of straight jumping smash accuracy is better than the accuracy of cross jumping smash.Keywords: straight jumping smash, cross jumping smash, badminton skills" @default.
