- W156919641 abstract "The issues of remuneration are socially important because they affect the lives and livelihoods of millions of people. When a wage ensure a decent standard of live and when it can be of interest to employees, it becomes the factor which determines the growth of production and development of a country. Russia has experienced a significant transformation of ideology and methodology of wage formation, the institutions that affect the wage and its differentiation were replaced. As the legislative regulation of the formation of the systems of remuneration is minimal, the choice of approach and developing of remuneration systems become a local problem of every particular organization. The article provides an analytical review of the factors that affects the formation of wages and a critical analysis of the modern approaches in the development of the reward systems, as well as a quantitative estimation of the recommended level of a wage, the size of its fixed and variable parts for the basic professions personnel in Russia in conditions of formation of socially oriented market economy on the basis of estimates of socio-acceptable (recovery) consumer budget and consumer budget of a middle class.
