The Systems Thinking, as proposed by Peter Senge, is considered as the fifth discipline because it allows the ob-servation of the reality in systemic perspective and it provides models for the description and the representation of the reality. The Systems Thinking aims at analysing dynamic systems, by building models that can represent a reality constantly in movement, transformation and evolution. Furthermore, those systems have to be repetitive and recursive, so that their output become their own input, by creating a repetitiveness over time of the models upon which they are based. The structures able to represent the frequent relationships in different situations and environments are called systemic archetype, which aim at improving the ability of the manager-decision maker of seeing and managing the systemic problems. The models elaborated by the Systems Thinking, aimed at gath-ering the dynamism, repetitiveness, recursion and memory, are the instruments useful for anticipating the evolu-tion of the situations and the things we cannot see in our present. In this way, those models allow us to face fu-ture events that can influence our existence and they allow us the management of the processes of our existence." @default.
