We have observed that this phenomenon is due to an increase in the ratio of tRNASer in the total tRNA from the liver of laying hens. It did not appear to be a new tRNASer, but a significant difference could be seen in the proportion of certain isoaccepting tRNASer's. We have likewise observed an increase in the ratio of seryl-tRNA synthetase in the enzymatic preparation from the liver of laying hens. These results suggest that the oestradiol induces a regulation of the serine tRNA's and seryl-tRNA synthetase in the liver of the hens. La comparaison des tRNA préparés par extraction phénolique à froid à partir du surnageant “postnucléaire” ou du surnageant 105 000×g de foie de poules immatures et en ponte nous a permis d'observer une augmentation de la capacité acceptrice vis-à-vis de la sérine pour les tRNA de foie de poule en ponte. Nous avons montré que ce phénomène est dû à une augmentation du taux des tRNASer dans le mélange des tRNA du foie de poules en ponte; il n'apparaît pas de nouveau séryl-tRNA, mais on note une différence significative dans la proportion de certains tRNASer isoaccepteurs. Nous avons également observé un taux de séryl-tRNA synthétase plus élevé dans les préparations enzymatiques de foie de poules en ponte. Nos résultats suggèrent que l'oestradiol exerce une action de régulation en modifiant le taux et la répartition des tRNASer ainsi que le taux de la séryl-tRNA synthétase au niveau de foie." @default.
