The methods, which are based on the “state-dependent Riccati equation”, allow the construction of nonlinear estimators and nonlinear feedback tracking controls for a wide class of systems. Our emphasis will be on development of computational methods that are easily implementable as well as efficient. Simulation results of the performance of the nonlinear estimator and tracking control are included.
