- W1570778540 abstract "Patient Satisfaction In Primary Care Health Services In Samsun City CenterPatient satisfaction is a function of expected benefits and performance from the service, appropriateness of the service to the socio-cultural values and the troubles these are the patient is escaped.A descriptive study was conducted to evaluate the patient satisfaction at 10 randomly selected primary care unit (PCU) in Samsun city center. Data, on socio-demographic characteristics and satisfaction level of 383 participants, were collected by a questionnaire applied face to face.Primary care units were the first applied health institution of 68.4% participants for any health problem and the nearness to the home (54.2%) was the most important factor for preference the PCU. Of the participants, 33.4% thought that the waiting time to see the doctor was not too long and 71.5% thought that the pay of the service was cheap or normal. While the examination time was according to the 79.1% of the participants, 91.4 and 82.2% of mem thought that the interest and behavior of the physician and the other health workers were good-very good, respectively. The participants who expressed that they would apply to the PCU again, when they need, were the 97.1% of the all group. Despite the participants expressed that they were satisfied with the service in PCUs, in general, PCUs were the first application place for only 68.4% of them. So, it's thought mat some arrangements should be done to increase the preferentiality of the PCUs, such as free service or enough examination time for each applicant.Hasta memnuniyeti, hastalarin aldiktan hizmetten bekledikleri yararlara, hastanin katlanmaktan kurtuldugu kulfetlere, hizmetten bekledigi performansa, hizmetin sunulusunun sosyo-kulturel degerlerine uygunluguna bagli bir fonksiyondur. Samsun il merkezindeki 20 saglik ocagindan hizmet alanlarin sunulan hizmetten memnun olup olmadiklarini degerlendirebilmek amaciyla, rasgele olarak secilen 10 saglik ocagindan, hizmet alan toplam 383 kisiye sosyo demografik ozelliklerinin yani sira, ocagin fiziki kosullarini, muayene icin bekleme suresini, alman ucreti, hekimin muayene icin ayirdigi sureyi ve hekim ve hekim disi personelin ilgisini nasil degerlendirdiklerini, tekrar ayni saglik ocagina basvurup basvurmayacaklarini sorgulayan bir anket formu yuz yuze gorusme yontemiyle uygulandi. Katilimcilann %68.4 u herhangi bir saglik sorununda ilk basvurduklari yerin saglik ocagi oldugunu, bu tercihlerinde de %54.2 siklikla evlerine yakin olmasinin rol oynadigini ifade etmislerdir. Saglik ocaginin bekleme salonunu katilimcilarin %76.0'si yeterli bulurken, ocak temizligini yeterli bulanlarin orani %92.9 idi. Muayene olmak icin bekledikleri sureyi %33.4 katilimci az olarak degerlendirirken, ocakta sunulan hizmet icin alman ucreti %71.5'i az veya normal olarak degerlendirmistir. Hekimin muayene icin ayirdigi sure katilimcilann %79.1'i tarafindan yeterli bulunurken, %91.4'u hekimin, %82.2'si de hekim disi personelin ilgi ve davranisini iyi-cok iyi olarak degerlendirmislerdir. Hizmet almak icin tekrar ayni saglik ocagina gelecegini ifade edenler ise katilimcilann %97.1'ini olusturmustur. Bu bulgular isiginda, saglik ocagindan hizmet alanlann genel olarak bu hizmetten memnun olduklarini ifade etmelerine ragmen, ancak %68.4'unun ilk basvuru yeri olarak saglik ocaklan-ni tercih etmeleri nedeniyle, saglik ocaklarinin tercih edilebilirligini artirmak icin fiziki kapasitelerinin artinlmasinm, sunulan hizmetin ucretsiz olmasinin, hekimin hastasina yeterli zaman ayirabilmesini saglayacak duzenlemelerin yapilmasinin gerekli oldugu dusunulmektedir." @default.
