• W1572304512 abstract "El presente trabajo supone la recopilacion mas completa realizada hasta la fecha de legislacion fisico deportiva promulgada durante la primera etapa del Gobierno de Franco, desde 1936 a 1961. La carencia de una compilacion como esta ha sido uno de los motivos por los que, hasta ahora, no se ha podido discernir si el modelo del regimen de Franco fue, en lo referente a la legislacion fisico deportiva, una copia del modelo fascista italiano o si fue mas bien un modelo autoctono que copio de este simplemente aquellos aspectos que le interesaron, bien por conveniencia o bien por la creencia real de que eran los mejores de la epoca. Para determinar la influencia real del modelo legislativo fascista en el del regimen franquista, se recoge la actividad legislativa de ambos paises y se procede a la comparacion de fines y objetivos, instituciones y organismos creados en los dos casos. Dado que la legislacion, por si sola, no muestra completamente la realidad del momento, se ofrece aqui asimismo el contexto, tanto de la educacion fisica como del deporte, de aquellos anos en los que se promulgaron las normas recogidas. Sin embargo, este trabajo no pretende determinar si esa legislacion se llevo a la practica o no, sino simplemente aportar algunos datos que ayuden a entenderla. Tambien se recogen aqui las opiniones de los diversos autores que han tenido algo que decir sobre las distintas normas promulgadas en todo el periodo estudiado, no con el objeto de decantarse por ninguno de ellos sino, al igual que con el contexto, para dar la oportunidad de contrastar opiniones que, en un futuro, puedan llevar a completar esta investigacion con otras que estudien la aplicacion practica de las normas o la posible correlacion entre normativa y exitos deportivos, por ejemplo. La conclusion a la que se llega tras el estudio y el analisis de los resultados es que el modelo legislativo fisico deportivo franquista fue un modelo totalmente nacional, inspirado en el fascista en cuanto a las instituciones creadas, pero con rasgos claramente diferenciadores en lo relativo a los fines y objetivos. Entre estas diferencias, el marcado caracter catolico, el apoyo a la actividad fisica militar y la busqueda de las puras corrientes espanolas fueron los mas importantes. Abstract This project represents the most complete summary realized up to date of the Spanish legislation about physical activity during the period 1936-1961. The lack of this summary has been one of the reasons why it has been impossible until now to decide whether Franco´s model (regarding physical activity legislation) was a copy of the italian fascist model or if it was an autochthonous model that copied only those aspects that interested, either because of convenience or because of a real conviction that they were the best. In order to determine the real influence of the fascist model in that of the Franco´s regime, the legislation in both countries is compiled and the objectives and institutions and organisms created are compared. As the legislation alone can not be enough to show completely the reality of the scenario, the physical education and sport context of those years in which the rules were approved is also offered. Nevertheless, this work does not try to determine whether that legislation was finally put into practice or not, and its only purpose is to supply some data that help to understand it. The oppinions of those authors that have written something regarding the legislation studied are also compiled here, not with the purpose of supporting any of them, but in order to provide the opportunity to compare them in a future and to have the chance of starting new investigations about the application of the rules studied or the possible correlation between legislation and sport success, for example. After analising the results, the conclussion is that the physical activity legislation model in Spain during the government of Franco was a totally national model, possibly inspired in the fascist one regarding the institutions created, but with clear differences in all that related to the purpose and objectives. Among these differences, the strong catholic character, the support given to the military physical activity and the search of the pure spanish values were the most important.
