- W1574260109 abstract "Objective: To observe the effect of regular aerobic exercises on Circular Endothelium Cell (CEC), blood vessel contraction factor ET-1, diastolization factor NO in middle and elderly mild hypertensive patients, and did further study of mechanism of lowering blood pressure by regular aerobic exercises. Methods: 12 moderate hypertension of 53-72 years old including 2 males and 10 females did regular aerobic exercise-fast walking and gymnastics for 10 weeks voluntarily. It is observed the changes of the main indicators-numbers of Circular Endothelium Cell (CEC), the content of ET-1, NO of hypertensions before and after 10 weeks of training. Results: The statistics and analysis indicate that the main indicators as follows: (1) The number of Circular Endothelium Cell (CEC) numbers obviously decreased (P<0.05); (2) The concentrations of ET-1 in plasma reduced (P<0.01). (3) The concentrations of NO in serum obviously rising (P<0.05). (4) The ratio of ET-1 and NO obviously falling (P<0.05). They tend to balance gradually. Conclusions: Regular aerobic exercises can make the dysfunction of excretion of vessel turn for the better and make structure and function of the injurious blood vessel wall resumed to a certain degree." @default.
