Cette these essaie de comparer le niveau de motivation des membres des equipes traditionnelles par rapport a celle des membres des equipes virtuelles de projet dans des societes BPO en Inde. Nous essayerons d'expliquer les differences constatees par trois variables de gestion, a savoir : la Nature du travail, la Remuneration et la Communication. Nous etudierons l’incidence sur la retention des salaries dans ces deux types d’equipes. Sur la base d’une large revue de litterature, une etude qualitative et quantitative a ete effectuee par des entretiens approfondis avec neuf entreprises BPO en Inde soigneusement choisies." @default.
