The article is based on the claims from (Bregman. 1990), which says: “The distribution requirement planning or (DRP) is a tool to plan and to control the inventory in the distribution centers and it is used to make decisions in a short term”. This tool is proactive rather than reactive, it is possible to determine what, how many, and when it is necessary to dispatch to the outlets; consequently, also it is possible to perform the matrix planning based on the historical percentage consumption and projecting it together with the Forecast, with this, it can be estimated the consumption of the present month for each dealer, and in this way it could get to make an optimal distribution to the suggested necessity, and finally it obtains the calculated dispatch." @default.
