This article deals with entrepreneurship as a new corporate strategy, creating new business, instigating the renewal or innovation within an organization. The big challenge is entrepreneur is transforming dreams into new ideas and achievements, including the process entrepreneur as a tool of corporate transformation. It can be concluded that, by the people, in an environment of change, organizations have the opportunity to create and develop new business enterprise, optimizing resources, processes and results.
