Sesuai tabel Krejcie dan Morgan serta teknik proportional random sampling maka sampel 125 orang,. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner untuk X dan dokumentasi untuk Y, data dianalisis dengan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan X 1 terhadap Y dengan F hitung = 48,556 > F tabel = 3,920, (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan X 2 terhadap Y dengan F hitung = 50,756 > F tabel = 3,920, (3) terdapat kontribusi signifikan X 3 terhadap Y dengan F hitung =52,505>F tabel = 3,920, dan (4) terdapat kontribusi secara simultan yang signifikan X 1 , X 2 , dan X 3 terhadap Y dengan F hitung = 38,784 > F tabel = 3,920, determinan sebesar 40,90 %, SE X 1 = 10,90%, X 2 = 16,20 %, dan X 3 =21,90%. Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan baik secara terpisah maupun simultan antara X 1 , X 2 , dan X 3 terhadap Y siswa kelas VII MTs Mu’allimin NW Pancor. Abstract This study aims to find the contribution of management (X 1 ), the performance of teachers in managing the learning process (X 2 ), and student motivation (X 3 ) on social study learning outcomes (Y) partially and simultaneously. The population was 165 students of class VII MTs Mu'allimin NW Pancor. 125 people were decided to be used which in line with Morgan and Krejcie Cv and proportional random sampling technique. The data were collected using questionnaires for X and documentation for Y, the data were analyzed with simple regression. The results show: (1) there is a significant contribution of X 1 on Y (F obs = 48,556 > F cv = 3,920), (2) there is a significant contribution of X 2 on Y (F obs = 50,756 > F cv = 3.920), (3) there is a significant contribution of X 3 on Y (F obs = 52,505> F cv = 3,920), and (4) there is a significant contribution simultaneously of X 1 , X 2 , and X 3 on Y (F obs = 38,784> F cv = 3,920), determinants of 40,90%, X 1 effective contribution = 10,90%, X 2 effective contribution = 16,20%, and X 3 effective contribution = 21,90%. Based on these findings it is concluded that there is a significant contribution partially and simultaneously between X 1 , X 2 , and X 3 on Y class VII MTs Mu'allimin NW Pancor.
