Insecondstage, effect of FSH on follicular development was observed.In estrus resumedanimals,from day 10 to day 13 of estrous cycle, twice dailyFSH-p (5mg Armour units)was administered intramuscularly .FSH countered successfully f ollicular dominance andfollicular development patternwas same in cattle and buffalo. Double inseminationwas done at 12hrsintervals after observing heat signs .In thirdstage,embryo recovery was observed , 7 daysafterfirstAI.In Cattle f ourembryos were recoveredbut in buffalo no embryocould berecovereddue to cervical abnormality. Ovulations were confirmed by observing 3 CLthroughultrasonography.So,CIDR protocolcould be used in summer anestrus animals and these animals could be used for superovulation and embryo collectio n." @default.
