- W1729698046 abstract "Hate speech which can be called using the scornful, critical or degrader speech due to individuals who have different gender, race, nationality, religion, or sexual orientation, in Turkish written press is also a problematic. Individuals who have HIV/AIDS, women and LGBTT individuals are exposed to the homophobia, exclusion, alienation, stigmatizing and situations a lot like these. These situations cause the hate speech, and its strength comes from the social structure and culture. The discourses on media content, discrimination and homophobic ideologies may come out. Parallel to this situation, a lot of news with discriminatory perspective must be exposed. In this study, Posta newspaper published April 1, 2010 between April 1, 2012, HIV/AIDS contained hate speech towards people living with/put forth the default news are examined with Van Dijk’s news discourse analysis method, so that the media news, HIV/AIDS, social discrimination towards people living with homophobia and alienation, such as intellectual truthful and play a role in revealing and spreading the assumption that trends are discussed." @default.
