- W1750443247 abstract "視覚失認は，統覚 (知覚) 型と連合型に古典分類で分けられていたが，視覚情報の処理過程にもとづいて，近年，これら 2 つのタイプに統合型を加えた 3 つのタイプによる症状分類が提唱された。病巣分析より統覚 (知覚) .型は両側内側後頭皮質が，統合型と連合型は左内側側頭後頭皮質が責任部位として報告されている。その一方で，脳機能画像研究において，外側後頭皮質が視覚形態処理に関与することが明らかとなっている。これらの結果を総合すると左内側後頭皮質から外側後頭皮質までの経路が著しく損傷されると統覚 (知覚) 型となり，この経路が部分的にでも機能していれば統合型となると考えられる。また，左外側後頭皮質までの経路は保たれているものの，そこから吻側の経路に損傷があれば連合型になると考えられる。このように，視覚情報の神経経路を推定することによって，3 タイプの視覚失認のそれぞれに対する責任部位は理論上，説明可能であった。" @default.
