This culture was introduced and strengthened by means of cross-cultural communication, which in turn, formed one’s personality. Employing qualitative approach, this research concluded that two factors predominantly played in the personality formation of Navy members. Sementara, faktor eksternal yang patut dipertimbangkan terdiri dari seperangkat aturan, norma, nilai, tradisi, dan dialek.
