By exploring different combinations of growth fronts of neighboring grains, various possible GB structures are revealed. All exhibit dispersive metallic states, which are stable against Peierls distortion. Although structural irregularity could have detrimental effects, perfect GBs can be recovered through thermal annealing under chemical potential control.
