- W1824452509 abstract "The paper presents data on the retrospective analysis and prospective observation of pregnant and postpartum women with thrombophilia and their newborns. Based on these data the tendency of thrombophilia influence on the course of gestational process, health, and hemostatic system condition in children has been observed. A high frequency of polymorphic variants of genes of hemostatic system and folate cycle in both women and their children has been revealed, that greatly increases the thrombogenic potential of blood coagulation system and promotes the development of ischemic-hemorrhagic complications during perinatal period. Changes in hemostatic system in newborn infants of women with thrombophilia have been characterized by the tendency to hypercoagulation through external and internal mechanisms of blood clotting, and higher level of thrombinemia that testify to the risk of development of thrombotic complications." @default.
