The possible use of time-space concepts in supply-demand studies can be evaluated, and the perspectives of structuration theories questioned. Hence, the LRT integration as a social process and as a planning issue constitutes a major challenge for geographical studies. L'intégration du loisir, de la récréation et du tourisme. La présente étude se concentre sur quelques perspectives géographiques pour examiner le procédé de l'intégration du loisir, de la récréation et du tourisme (LRT). Aux Pays-Bas, les recherches dans les impacts sur l'aménagement du territoire et les conditions de l'expérience du loisir, les activités de la récréation et le comportement du tourisme ont dû faire face à de grands changements dans la société et la planification. Le système de planification du pays se caractérise par une structure sectorielle. L'intérêt politique croissant pour le loisir implique le besoin de modifier la structure sectorielle pour avoir un cadre théorique “LRT” qui capte le processus d'interaction entre l'homme et l'environnment. La possibilité de l'utilisation des concepts du temps et de l'espace dans les études d'offre et demande peut être ré-évaluée, et les perpectives des théories de structuration peuvent être remises en question.
