- W184894313 abstract "注意欠陥/多動性障害の合併が疑われる聴覚障害幼児に対し, 3～6歳の幼児期に言語・コミュニケーション指導を行った. その際, 注意欠陥/多動性障害の認知・行動特性に配慮した指導上の工夫や働きかけの実施内容および方法について分析し, 聴覚障害のみの幼児と比較検討した. その結果, 聴覚障害への基本的な対応とともに, 早期から子どもの認知・行動特性に応じた工夫や働きかけを行うことが有効であると考えられた. 特に, 本研究の事例では, 子どもの特徴である注意の問題に対応する工夫や働きかけの具体的な方法として, (1)課題の見通し, 開始の合図, ゴールの明示といった枠組みの設定, (2)課題の内容・難易度と実施時間の調整, (3)視覚的な手がかりや大げさな表情・抑揚を使用したフィードバックの実施, (4)競争や役割交代, (5)声がけと動作, 指さし, 身体接触を併用した注意喚起が効果的であることが示唆された." @default.
