Auch OBERNDORFER (1931) halt sich in seinem Handbuchartikel uber die Erkrankungen der inneren mannlichen Geschlechtsorgane an diese Ordnung. Diese entspricht aber, was die gestorten Hodenfunktionen anbelangt, nicht mehr ganz den heutigen Bedurfnissen. Der behandelnde Arzt erwartet ja vom Pathologen, besonders was die Hodenbiopsien anbelangt, eine Interpretation der Ursachen der testikularen Insuffizienz und damit auch der Prognose der Hodenveranderung, nicht einfach eine nuchterne Feststellung des Grades einer Hodenatrophie und damit einer Diagnose, die sich ja meist als mehr oder weniger ausgepragte tubulare Hodenatrophie mit oder ohne Beteiligung der Leydig-Zwischenzellen zusammenfassen last. Ich halte mich daher im vorhegenden Abschnitt an Einteilungsschemata, die vor allem von der Ursache oder Pathogenese der gestorten Hodenfunktion ausgehen wie z. B. dasjenige von LABHART (1986) und damit den Bedurfnissen des Klinikers, aber auch des Pathologen, der sich mit Hodenbiopsien befassen mus, besser entsprechen. Dabei lassen sich Wiederholungen, was die morphologischen Hodenveranderungen bei den einzelnen Krankheitsformen anbelangt, nicht umgehen. Auch gewisse Uberschneidungen mit den Ausfuhrungen in den Kapiteln uber Misbildungen und Entwicklungsstorungen, Kreislaufstorungen und Entzundungen sind unvermeidhch. Die mit Storungen der Genitalentwicklung einhergehenden Hodenveranderungen werden im 2. Kapitel besprochen." @default.
