- W1875178469 abstract "Foodservice corporations have come to recognize that to ensure the competitiveness and differentiation is not possible by simply benefits and product features. So, as one of the changes in the marketing strategy, experiential marketing has emerged. A Additionally, with an increasing emphasis on the importance of customer experience, foodservice flagship store has emerged as one of the trend. In this study, this researcher performed an empirical analysis on the structural relationship between experiences in foodservice flagship store and brand attitude on the basis of strategic experiential modules(SEMs) theory proposed by Schmitt. In addition, we tested whether brand attitudes formed through experience could explain customers’ behavioral intention for foodservice flagship store as well as other stores. With the results of the study, we have proposed important implications for the management of the foodservice flagship store. In this study, the survey was performed from 14 October to November 12, 2013. We distributed 400 questionnaires to consumers who experienced foodservice flagship store. Among them 352 were used in the final analysis. For the analysis, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation modeling analysis were conducted by means of SPSS Win Ver. 18.0 and AMOS Ver. 18.0. The results of this study are presented as follow. First, experiences in foodservice flagship store (sense, feel, think, act and relate) significantly affected brand attitude. Second, Brand attitude significantly affected behavioral intention(repurchase intention, recommendation intention)." @default.
