One of the key elements of natural selection is that offsprings sometimes vary from their parents. For instance, a yellow butterfly may have a black offspring. This kind of variation and mutation, though rare, tends to occur in all species. Over a long period of time, the cumulative effect of such mutations leads to an entirely new species. Evolution describes the change in genetic material of a population of organisms through successive generations. In this paper, we consider the evolution operator, namely the quadratic stochastic operator which naturally occurs to describe the transmission of a trait from parents to their offsprings. This operator describes evolutionary dynamics of the considered population and its long run behaviour plays an important role in many applied problems. We consider Mendelian inheritance for a single gene with three alleles and assume that prior to the formation of the new generation each gene has the possibility to mutate, that is, to change into a gene of the other kind. We then show that the rare mutation can transform a regular dynamical system into a chaotic one. As a corollary, we have that the evolutionary operator, with rare mutation of alleles, contradict Darwin’s evolution theory on genetic level. Keywords : Rare Mutation, Regular transformation, Chaos, Darwin’s Theory. Abstrak Menurut Al-Quran, evolusi kehidupan adalah hasil daripada kehendak dan petunjuk Ilahi. Salah satu elemen penting dalam pemilihan semula jadi adalah baka yang berbeza dari ibu bapa mereka. Sebagai contoh, bahan makanan bermentaga kuning mungkin mempunyai keturunan berwarna hitam. Ini adalah kevariasian dan mutasi, walaupun ia jarang berlaku, tetapi ia mempunyai kecenderungan untuk berlaku dalam semua spesies. Dalam tempoh masa yang panjang, kesan kumulatif daripada mutasi tersebut akan menghasilkan spesis yang baru. Evolusi menerangkan perubahan dalam bahan genetik daripada populasi organisma melalui generasi yang berjaya. Dalam kajian ini kami mengambil kira operator evolusi, yang dinamakan pengendali stokastik kuadratik, yang secara semula jadi berlaku untuk menggambarkan transmisi suatu sifat daripada ibu bapa kepada anak mereka. Pengendali ini menerangkan dinamik evolusi daripada populasi yang dipertimbangkan. Sifat jangka panjang pengendali evolusi memainkan peranan penting dalam banyak masalah pengaplikasian. Kami menganggap warisan Mendel untuk gen tunggal dengan tiga alel dan menganggap bahawa sebelum pembentukan generasi baru bagi setiap gen mempunyai kemungkinan untuk bermutasi, iaitu, untuk mengubah menjadi satu gen daripada jenis yang lain, dan menunjukkan bahawa mutasi yang sukar berlaku boleh mengubah sistem dinamik tetap menjadi punca kekeliruan. Akibatnya,  adalah wajar yang kita mempunyai pengendali evolusi dengan alel sukar bermutasi yang bercanggah dengan teori evolusi Darwin di peringkat genetik.
