- W1890248853 abstract "Neuropsychological factors such as visual-motor perception can become the cause of low school performance, according to the authors who have devoted their research to respond to this approach. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to evaluate the visual-motor perception of a sample of 30 subjects enrolled in the third level of the first kindergarten and primary education and establish whether there is a relationship between it and learning. For this we have used the visual-motor Gestalt Test constructed by Lauretta Bender in 1938. Conducted design was non-experimental, descriptive and correlational. The results from this investigation confirm that there is a close relationship between the level of visual-motor perception and academic performance of the subjects of language and mathematics. That’s why this study raises an intervention program with a dual object of action: first, a preventive and intervention in other cases which have evidence of learning difficulties related to visual-motor perception. In this project there are three different programs: the visual development, the development of motor and cognitive development program of subjects." @default.
