- W189112915 abstract "背景．肺悪性腫瘍に対するRFA（Radiofrequency Ablation）治療は低侵襲治療として注目されているが，その病理学的治療効果に関する報告は少ない．今回，大腸癌肺転移に対するRFA後の局所再発に手術を施行したので報告する．症例．65歳，男性．1999年4月に単発S状結腸癌にて手術を施行され，2004年11月に左肺S6への転移を認め，全身化学療法が施行された，2005年4月に同部位の腫瘍が再増大し，患者の希望によりRFAが施行された．2006年5月には同部位の再発に対しRFAが再施行されたが，同年12月に再々発を疑われたため，当科を紹介され大動脈壁，軟部胸壁合併左肺下葉切除を施行した．RFAの焼灼部位は大動脈，胸壁と強固な線維性癒着を認めたが，腫瘍細胞は存在せず，再発巣には太い気管支と肺動脈が流入していた．術後9ヶ月目現在，再発はなく，外来通院中である．結論．ラジオ波の適応基準の決定のための局所再発の要因や機序に関して，より詳細な検討が望まれる．転移性肺癌に対するRFA後局所再発に対する根治手術例について報告した．" @default.
